Hazel Perry

Hazel Ruth See Perry, 71, of Mansfield, died Tuesday morning, October 9, 2007 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born June 27, 1936 in Louisa, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Jack and Nancy Vaughn See. She was owner and operator of Hazel's House of Beauty.

She is survived by four children, Roger Hughes of FL, Ronald Ellen Fugitt, Sandy Roberts and Brenda Todd Carey, all of Mansfield; ten grandchildren, Jamie Brandy, Jessica, Corey and Chad Fugitt, Mindy and Jon Roberts, Nic and Zac Carey, Erica and Jason Hughes; three great-grandchildren, Dane Flores, Patience and Ashton Fugitt; five brothers, George Phyllis See of Greenwich, Jack G. Loraine See of Mansfield, Herman See of Louisa, KY, Wesley Juanita See of Indianapolis, IN and Jim Linda See of Louisa, KY; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Lee Vaughn See, Wayne See, and sisters, Mary Sue Paul and Martha Ann Crank.

Friends may call Wednesday, October 10 from 5-8 p.m. at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Dawn Donato officiating. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
