

Jack E. Finley, 66, of Mansfield, died Saturday, April 4, 2015 at OhioHealth MedCentral Mansfield. Born May 1, 1948 in Mansfield, he was the son of Gerald and Eleanor (Wharton) Finley. After graduating from Madison High School, Jack served in the U.S. Army. Jack retired from Jerry's Home Furnishings where he worked as a salesman.
He was a caring and generous man who took care of others before he took care of himself. He was a self taught piano player and a member of the Garden Club. Jack enjoyed spending time in the garden, with his cats, and helping others remodel their homes. Jack especially loved spending time with his family and was very proud of his two granddaughters.
He is survived by his daughter, Jackie (Jason) Siwek of Mansfield; son, Ryan Finley of Mansfield; granddaughters, Courtney Siwek of Arizona and Brooklyn Price of Mansfield; former spouse and good friend, Elena Finley of Mansfield; brothers, Mike (Vicki) Finley, Tom Finley, and Dan (Diane) Finley, all of Mansfield; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
There will be no calling hours or services held at this time. Burial will be held in Mansfield Memorial Park at a later date. Wappner Funeral Directors is privileged to serve the family of Jack E. Finley.
