James Logan Blizzard, 68, of Mansfield, died Saturday, December 6, 2014 at Mansfield Memorial Homes. Born March 30, 1946 in Morehead, KY, he was the son of Clyde and Dixie (Messer) Blizzard. James enjoyed sitting on his porch watching the traffic and talking to anyone who walked by.
He is survived by his daughter, Carla (Steven) Wilkinson of Mansfield; sister, Barbara (Wayne) Castle of Ontario; and grandchildren, Aiyanna, Keagan, and Coraellyna. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Jackie Blizzard.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at Northcutt & Son Home for Funerals, 400 Fraley Dr., Morehead, KY. Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Newsill Cemetery in Haldeman, KY.
