James Edward Graves, 47, of Port Richey, Florida, died unexpectedly Saturday, June 24, 2006 in Port Richey, Florida. Born February 16, 1959 in Mansfield, he was the son of James Henry Graves and Maggie Louise Parker Gerhart-Tuohy. Mr. Graves worked in construction. He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Maggie Louise Gerhart-Tuohy and Oz Tuohy of Reno, Nevada; brother, James Graves Jr. of Westerville; four sisters and three brothers-in-law, Sonia and Verlin Yates of Bellville, Sandra and James McElvain of Mansfield, Christina and Brad Glaze of Columbus, and Cheryl Graves of Gahanna; maternal grandmother, Sadie McKenzie of Mansfield; and his companion, Peggy Bumpass. He was preceded in death by his father. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2006 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Brian A. Phillips. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
