

A homemaker at heart, Janice was an amazing cook and baker. She was most well known for her pies and drinking black coffee. Janice enjoyed plants, flowers and being outdoors soaking up the sun. She liked to read, gamble and watch the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Indians. She enjoyed attending the Mansfield Playhouse Theater. Janice loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and left behind many cherished memories.
Janice is survived by her son, Fred (Carol) Donnenwirth; two daughters, Kaye Massie and Cathy (Mitchell Deaton) Williams; seven grandchildren, Heather Antoniou, Amy (Paul) Evans, Todd Donnenwirth, Sarah Martinez, Tim Williams, Kenny Massie and Crystal (Tony) Shaffer; 15 great-grandchildren, Emily, Katie, Abby, Kendyll, Noah, Nicholas, Nathan, Joshua, Sammy, Alex, Aiden, Paul, Emma, Ella and Zoey; 5 great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Charlene Fagan-Briggs and Sue Lewis; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Donnenwirth, whom she married March 8, 1952; son, Kurt Donnenwirth; son-in-law, Paul Massie; great-granddaughter, Rachel Palm; four brothers; and four sisters.
A private family graveside service will be held at a later date. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
