Jeffrey Dean Carter, 46, of Shelby, died Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at his home. Born November 30, 1961 in Bakersfield, California, he was the son of Addie Noble. He was employed as a truck driver. Jeffrey loved to play poker, and watch The Ohio State University and Cincinnati Bengals.
He is survived by fiancée, Jennifer Ritchey; two daughters, Jessica Carter of Cincinnati, and Samantha Carter of Columbus; mother, Addie Noble of Texas; one brother; and one sister.
Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
