Jeremy Riter

Jeremy Todd Riter died unexpectedly in Broward County, Florida on Saturday, August 21, 2010. Born in Marion, OH on May 7, 1975 to Steven L Riter and Karen Lynn Denman, Jeremy was a graduate of Ontario High School in 1993. Jeremy enjoyed old cars and helping others with their car repairs which tied in with his love for NASCAR. He also enjoyed camping and spending time around the bonfire. The kids loved spending time with Jeremy, or Uncle or Bub jumping on the trampoline late into the night. Jeremy worked as a construction worker but recently was a server at O Charlie s Restaurant.

Surviving are his mother, Karen Lynn Denman of Mansfield; father, Steven L. Donna Riter of Defiance; daughter, Ry lee and son, Grady Riter Meek of Oklahoma; companion, Tanya Spears and her sons, Joel Todd Riter and Jaxin Stancomb of Butler; brother and sister, Jeffrey and Hannah Riter of Defiance; sister, Brandie Williams and her daughters, Hayden Rose and Hadley Lynn Williams of Mansfield; grandparents, Neil and Joan Denman of Marion and Emerson and Evangeline Riter of Columbus Grove; aunts, Lynda LeMaster of Defiance, Lori Denman of Ashley and Teri Monahan of Marion; uncle, Neil Ruthanne Denman of Upper Sandusky; and numerous special cousins.

Calling hours will be held Saturday, August 28th from 1:00-5:00 pm at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield. Services will be held at the North Bend Brethren Church , SR 97 and Snyder Rd., officiated by Pastor Patrick Bailey on Sunday, August 29th at 2:00 PM. Burial will follow at the Zion Cemetery- Four Corners. Memorial contributions may be made to the family for the care of his children.
