Jerry Edward Mosier, 57, of Indiana, passed away unexpectedly from injuries sustained in an automobile accident on Tuesday, October 27, 2020.
Jerry was born on August 27, 1963 in Mansfield, Ohio. He was the son of Donald and Connie (Sharp) Mitchell. Jerry was employed as a tow motor operator at Amazon in Jeffersonville, Indiana. He had a deep love for cats, and loved the six he had. He enjoyed working in his shop and was a talented woodworker. Jerry enjoyed a nice relaxing ride on his Harley Davidson motorcycle that he custom air brushed.
He is survived by his parents; his aunt, Donna Jones; his uncle, Alfred (Ruth) Sharp; his aunt who he grew up with, Lessie (Rick) Webb; his companion, Shana Schocke; and his special friend, Mike Frazer. He was preceded in death by his brother, James Scott Mitchell; and his grandparents, James (Thelma) Sharp and Earl (Marge) Mitchell.
Family and friends may visit from 1:00-2:00 pm on Monday, November 2, 2020 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond Street. Services will follow immediately at 2:00 pm. Jerry will be laid to rest in Franklin Cemetery.
