Jesse graduated from Mansfield Senior High School in 1968, and attended Missouri State Preachers College. He later retired from The Mike Volk Company in Ontario, Ohio.
Surviving are his wife, Brenda; daughters, Denise Lowe (Angel) Gonzalez of Orange Park, FL and Lesley Lowe Lemon of Mt. Gilead, OH; four step children, Melissa Harrison, Billy Harrison, Jerrica Garn and Jessica Cain, all of Mansfield; grandchildren, Troy Guardiola, Julia Pence, Alicia Guardiola, Garrick Lemon, and Mya Gonzalez; step grandchildren, Kira Gonzalez and Karlena Gonzalez; great grandchild, Braylen Carwell; and, of course, his loving dog and best friend, Jak.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jesse Lowe, Sr.; mother, Kathleen (Horton) Lowe.
