John proudly served his country in the United States Marines, and retired from the University of Salt Lake City. He enjoyed bow hunting and being outdoors.
He is survived by his children, John A. Brothers, Jodie L. (Scott) Boggs, and Jack L. (Jen) Brothers; grandchildren, Amanda (Cody), Dusty (Jeffrey), Scotty, Danielle, Preston, Draven, and Cason; and great-grandchildren, Ethan, Leland and Paisley. He is preceded in death by his parents; and an ex-wife, Caroline Brothers.
The family will have a private memorial service on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family of John Brothers.
