

Joshua Baldridge Catlett, 23, of Mansfield died unexpectedly at his home, Friday evening, June 21, 2002. He was born November 20, 1978 in Shelby, Ohio and was an area resident his entire life. Joshua attended Mansfield Grace Temple and was an avid outdoor sportsman enjoying fishing and hunting.
He is survived by his mother, Debra Catlett of Mansfield; stepfather, Greg Catlett of Mansfield; father, Bill Baldridge and his wife, Cheryl of Shelby; half-brothers, PFC Daniel Catlett of the US Marines stationed in California, Jeremy Baldridge and Zackery Baldridge, both of Shelby; maternal grandparents, Shirley and Charles Zents of Crestline; paternal grandparents, Ben and Pearl Couch of Shelby; paternal stepparents, Ruth and Bentley Clark of Guntersville, Alabama; great-great-grandmother, Nora Click of Shelby; aunts and uncles, Diane and Wayne Ward of Mansfield, Steve and Mary Baldridge of Shelby, Mary Eiocholtz of Lima, Ohio, Jim and Mary Catlett of Mansfield, Sue and Terry Patton of Bethel, Connecticut, and Doug and Patti Catlett of Ballground, Georgia; great-aunts, Nola Click, Jean Totten and Chloe Click all of Shelby; a niece, Hayley Goad; numerous cousins; many close friends including, Jason Benton of Shelby and Ricardo Simoes of Lisbon, Portugal. His grandfather, Robert Catlett, preceded him in death.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Thursday, June 27 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Jerry L. Rhea and Pastor John M. Vollmer. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby.
