Katherine M. Hardy, 94, of 455 Logan Road died Sunday morning, June 16, 2002 at Pebble Creek Nursing Home, Akron, Ohio. Miss Hardy was born September 1, 1907 in Cleveland, Ohio living in the Mansfield area the past 27 years. She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church.
She is survived by a brother, Amil Hardy of Akron; a sister, Marcella Elder of California; a sister-in-law, June Hardy of Akron; and numerous nieces and nephews, including Fred & Carlene Gaubatz of Mansfield. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alexander & Julia Barna Hardy; three sisters, Martha Zimarik, Pauline Bias and Julia A. Hardy; and six brothers, Steve, Paul, Alex, Mike, Melvin and Daniel Hardy
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by the Apostolic Christian Church. Burial will follow in Mansfield Memorial Park.
