Intelligent, virtuous, loyal, honest, courageous and funny are just a few words to describe this phenomenal woman. Once you were her friend, you were a friend for life, and you were very lucky. Her family was most important to her and Kathy adored all of them, especially her nieces and nephews. Christ was the center of Kathy's life and she was devoted to living her life honoring Him. Staying true to her Irish roots, Kathy was an avid fan of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. She was also a fan of local high school sports and enjoyed assisting in keeping statistics for the Mansfield Tyger girls and boys basketball teams and the Crestline Bulldogs boys basketball team.
Kathy is survived by three beloved sisters, Michelle (David) Carsey of Mansfield, Colleen O'Leary of Columbus, and Andrea Thompson of Mansfield; a wonderful brother, Sean (Aileen) O'Leary of Sagamore Hills, OH; three special nieces, Emily (Tyler) Carsey-Hager and Nicole (Ryan) Carsey-Carr, both of Mansfield, and Gabrielle Carsey of Bluffton, SC; one treasured nephew, Christopher O'Leary of Garfield Heights, OH; and five adorable great-nieces and nephews, Kaelyn, Ben and Ellie Carr and Peyton and Avery Hager.
