LaRonda Lou Birmelin, 58, of Mansfield passed away Monday, July 29, 2024. She was born to Ronald and Linda Herndon October 13, 1965. LaRonda graduated from Madison High School with the Class of 1984. She retired from Columbia Gas after 35 years. LaRonda enjoyed mushroom hunting and bird watching. She loved the outdoors and her time spent with family on vacation. She enjoyed collecting antiques and decorating her home with them. LaRonda wore her heart on her sleeve and cared about everyone. LaRonda was a faithful woman who served the Lord her whole life.
LaRonda is survived by her husband of 23 years, Bryan Birmelin; three sons, Seth (Tiffani) Grant, Caleb Grant, and Breon Birmelin; three grandchildren, Kameron Grant, Easton Grant, and Landen Hootman; parents, Ronald and Linda Herndon; aunt, Sandy Wharton; mother-in-law, Nancy Riess, brother-in-law, Brad Birmelin; nephew, Brandon Birmelin; and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her brother, Rodney Herndon; and father-in-law, Lewis Birmelin.
Visitation will be held Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S Diamond St, Mansfield. A Memorial Service will follow with burial at Lexington Cemetery.
