Lenora Virginia Gossett

Lenora “Lee” Virginia Gossett, 86, of Mansfield, Ohio passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital with family by her side. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on January 17, 1936 to the late Frank and Leona (Unk) Perry.

Lee had a big heart and passion for helping other people. She previously had worked many years as a nurse’s aide with Central Star and Independent Health. She enjoyed golfing, playing cards, reading and watching the Cleveland Indians.

Lee is survived by her children, William (Donna) Hamner, Virginia “Sissy” (Sam Jackson) Hamner, Evelyn (Randy) Luzader, Randy Morris and Ronnie Morris; grandchildren, Juli (David) Lambert, Bryon (Melanie) Luzader and Allen Jackson; other cherished family and friends; and special friends, Debbie Meyers and Aj Whitaker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Kenneth Garvarick and sisters, Betty and Hilda.

There will be no services at this time. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
