

Marilyn was a 1958 graduate of Madison High School where she met her husband, Gil, and they married in 1959. A homemaker, her family was her first love and she could always be found at and supporting her grandchildren's sporting events and activities. She enjoyed gardening and kept a vegetable and flower garden. Marilyn also enjoyed traveling and camping in the family motor home and was proud to say that she made it to almost all 48 contiguous states. She was an avid newspaper and magazine reader.
Surviving are her husband, Gilbert "Gil" Boals; her children, Diana (Scott) Wellington, Cheryl (Scott) Litwiler and Korri (Jack) Fellure; grandchildren, Neysa Ronquillo, Garet Litwiler, Jevin Litwiler, Elli (Dane) Huss, Alex Fellure and Luke (Kristin) Fellure; a great granddaughter, Allie Fellure; siblings, Shirley (Ron) Barry, Doris (Bob) Mutchler and Edward (Janet) Ohl; and foster siblings, Donnie and Donna Phillips.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Ohl.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 South Diamond Street, Mansfield conducted by Rev. Robert Stull. Burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home on Thursday. Memorial contributions may be made to Kindred Hospice or the American Cancer Society.
