Matthew Clark

He is survived by fiancée and partner in life, Joy Williams; parents, Jerry Clark and his wife, Donna of Columbus and Karen Clark and her partner in life, Delmar C. Truswell, Jr.; stepchildren, Ryan, Ciara and Jammie; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Jennifer and Eric Lyons of Fredericktown and Tammy Clark of Columbus; maternal grandmother, Grace E. Kemper of Lancaster; a niece, Justina Lyons of Fredericktown; two nephews, Eric and Jonathon Lyons of Fredericktown; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles 'Jesse' Kemper, paternal grandparents, Martha and Chester Clark and an aunt, Virginia Poling.

The family wishes to express their gratitude to everyone at the Greater Regional Columbus Dialysis Center and all of the doctors who worked so hard for Matthew and all the transportation people, especially Mike from G.L.

There will be no services or calling hours observed. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family.
