Maxine Bush Lantz

Maxine Bush Lantz, age 78, died at home March 25, 2002. A woman filled with Godly grace, mercy and love, she leads the way for her devoted, loving husband of 60 years, H. Robert Lantz, son, Robert B. Rock Lantz, daughter, Patricia K. Sanders, and daughter, Mary Jo Jody Vance, daughter-in-law, Diana C. Lantz, son-in-law, Leslie K. Vance, sisters, Genevieve Beal, Doris M. Stout, Louise Deardoff, 9 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren with one more soon to arrive.

Preceding her in death were her parents, Raymond G. Bush and Mary Roberts Bush, and her brother, Raymond G. Bush. A native of Mansfield, Maxine's career included that of serving in the administrative offices at Westinghouse; owned and operated a pre-school center when living in Iowa; a principle in Lantz Mills, Inc., the family business; and employment in the administrative offices of the H.L. Reed Company before retiring with her husband, Bob. Maxine served the Board of Election as a precinct voting committee person. She served previous churches, as a Sunday school teacher actively working with the youth. She attended the Berean Baptist Church, whose Pastoral and music ministry helped to prepare her for her new life.

She will be missed and always remembered by her family and friends.

Maxine's memorial service will be held at the Berean Baptist Church, 2145 Middle-Bellville Road in Mansfield, Ohio on March 28, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. conducted by Pastor David Pound. Wappner Funeral Directors are assisting the family in arrangements.
