Michael Berry

Michael Kenneth Berry, 12, of Mansfield, Ohio died unexpectedly November 24, 2000. Michael was born December 22, 1987 in Mansfield to Kenneth & Tabatha Rice Berry. He was a member of Lincoln Heights Baptist Church, he attended the 7th grade at Madison Jr. High School and was a drummer in the school band. Michael enjoyed the outdoors with his family, he was a Christian, a hard worker, enjoyed missions of the church especially in Romania. Michael was a friend to all, he always greeted you with a smile. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

He is survived by his parents, Kenneth & Tabatha Rice Berry of Mansfield, Ohio; his brother, Charles Chad Berry of Mansfield, Ohio; his pet iguana Iggy; his paternal grandparents, Delmer &Mary Berry of Mansfield, Ohio; his maternal grandparents, Jim & Thelma Rice of Mansfield, Ohio; his maternal great-grandmother, Ella Hurrell of Mansfield, Ohio; several aunts, uncles, cousins, as well as a host of friends.

Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Monday, November 27, 2000 from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, November 28, 2000 at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Pastor Johnny Collett. Burial will be held at Oak Grove Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Lincoln Heights Baptist Church Building Fund.
