Michael Allen Griffith, 40 of 863 N. Trimble Rd. died December 6, 1999 at home following an extended illness. Mr. Griffith was born April 25, 1959 in Bellaire, Ohio residing in the Mansfield area since 1973. He was a manager at Circle K in Arizona and attended Dean Road Freewill Baptist Church.
Surviving are his mother, Marda Owens Rutter; his father, Arthur Rutter; three brothers, Terry Lee Griffith of Mansfield; Phillip Ray Griffith of Vancouver, Washington; and Arthur Eugene Rutter of Mansfield; two sisters, Carla Sue Griffith of Mansfield; and Debra Lynn Rutter of Mansfield; two nieces; four nephews; two great-nephews; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; and a special friend, Royal Schultz of Columbus.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Thursday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Brother Virgil Masters and Rev. Clifford Tackett. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
