Tim was formerly employed as a construction professional with Workman Home Improvements. He was a hard worker and took pride in a job well done. In his spare time, he enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing at Lake Erie and watching his favorite NASCAR driver, Jeff Gordon, compete. He attended Bethel Freewill Baptist Church.

On January 7, 1986, he married his sweetheart, Christy Stout, and they began a family that was treasured completely. He loved his family with all his heart and they will miss him dearly.
