

Nancy Margaret (Gutchall) Rogers, 80, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, June 1, 2012, at home with her family dog “Buddy” by her side. She was born July 15, 1931 in Mansfield to George and Helen (Piper) Gutchall.
Nancy was a telephone operator for Montgomery Ward Co. Later in life, she was an agent for Mellick Insurance Agency. Nancy was a wonderful seamstress, artist, and gardener. She was an active member of First Christian Church. Most of all, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Nancy is survived by four children, Julie (Jeff) Milligan of Columbus, Brian (Val) Rogers, Greg (Sally) Rogers, and Beth (Harry) Armstrong, all of Mansfield; five grandchildren, Christopher Rogers and Megan (Eric) Reining of Mansfield, Andrew Armstrong of Arizona, Katie Milligan and Maggie Milligan of Columbus; three great-grandchildren, Piper Reining of Mansfield, Ava and Isabel Armstrong of Arizona; one brother, George Gutchall of Mansfield; and one sister, Beverly Eilenfeld of Mansfield.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, George D. Rogers on November 30, 2011.
Friends may visit from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Rd. A memorial service conducted by Rev. Chris Whitehead will be held Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. in First Christian Church, 200 W. Third St., Mansfield.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or First Christian Church Memorial Fund. Private family burial will be in Mansfield Memorial Park at a later date.
