Nate graduated from Madison High School. He coached soccer at Madison Schools as well. Nate was very kind hearted and loved being with his children. He loved art and enjoyed painting and drawing.
Nate is survived by his parents, Brian and Mary Phillips; children, Trenton Phillips, Brooklyn Phillips, Caden Phillips, and Maksimus Phillips; sister, Kaitlyn (Jordan) Spencer; nieces, Sloane and Wren Spencer; ex-wife, Rochelle Kisley; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Abigail Phillips.
There are no services planned at this time. Wappner Funeral Directors-Mansfield is honored to serve the Phillips family.
