Nedra Beabout Davis, 85, of Mansfield died early Wednesday morning, November 20, 2002 at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital after an extended illness. Mrs. Davis was born June 27, 1917 in Maynard, Ohio to William and Marian Parsons and was an area resident the past 62 years. She retired from Hartman Electric after 36 years of service. Nedra attended First Alliance Church.
She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Jerry and Carol Beabout of Westerville, Ohio; a daughter, Kay Grant of Mansfield; five grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and a brother, Charles Parsons of Avon Lake, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Kenneth F. Beabout; and her second husband, Charles A. Davis.
Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, December 3 at First Alliance Church at 11:00 a.m., conducted by Rev. Charles Holmes. The family will receive friends at the home of Kay Grant, 208 Saxton Road following services. Memorial contributions may be made to Third Street Family Health Services, 600 West Third St., Mansfield, Ohio 44906. Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements.
