Patricia Diana Boyd

Patricia Diana (Mack) Boyd, 65, of Shelby, Ohio passed on to be with Christ on Friday, June 13, 2025, surrounded by family and friends in her home. She was born August 14, 1959, in Geelong, Victoria, Australia to World War II Veteran Robert and Sarah Mack.

Patti was proud to have traveled a lot in her youth with her parents and siblings. She attended thirteen different schools in twelve years. She met her husband, Ricky Boyd, through racing in 1975. Their love for each other led them to get married on November 26, 1976, during her senior year of high school. Together they had three children. She dedicated her life to her faith in God, her family, caring for children and animals, and gardening. Her perfect day was bringing the family together and capturing those moments. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandmother, and animal guardian.

Patti is survived by her husband, Rick Boyd; their son, Damian (Hazel) Boyd; granddaughter, Deanna Boyd; daughter, Candy Boyd; son Dustin (Brandel) Boyd; grandson, Gabriel Boyd; granddaughter, Zelena Boyd; sister, Kathy Yoha; several in-laws, many nieces and nephews, and great and close friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Sarah Mack; brother, John Mack; and sister, Sharon Stanley.

There will be no memorial service held at this time. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations and visitations to the following churches: Avenue Church located at 1756 Park Avenue West in Ontario, First English Lutheran Church located at 53 Park Avenue West in Mansfield, and Westwood Alliance Church located at 396 Willowood Drive East in Ontario.
