Patricia Clark

Patricia “Pat” F. (Smith) Clark, 68, of Mansfield died Wednesday, May 23, 2012 at her home. Born April 28, 1944 in Crestline, she was the daughter of Delbert Eugene and Opal Fayetta (Searles) Smith. A graduate of Mansfield Senior High School, Pat worked as a nurse’s aide for 30 years at Liberty Nursing Home. She enjoyed scrapbooking and loved working in her flower gardens. Pat loved cooking with her family, baking wedding cakes. She enjoyed all of her nieces and nephews and loved taking care of them.

She is survived by her siblings, Gloria Wiseman, Kathy (Robert) Bailey, Cheryl (Russell) Harvey, Robin (Tom) Gerwig, Karen (Cecil) Ramey, Shirley (Charles) Edwards, and Robbie (Shelly) Smith; sister-in-law, Brenda Smith; step mother, Bertha Smith; God children, Mary Elias and Wendy Francosky; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Smith.

Friends may call Thursday, May 24, 2012 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Diamond St. Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 25, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Pastor Micah Pelkey. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery.
