Born April 2, 1936, in Columbus, she was the daughter of Eldora E. Banbury who survives her, and Clarence E. Pat Banbury in Columbus, Ohio. She lived most of her early life in Columbus and Mount Vernon, then Mansfield. She worked in banking at Farmers Bank, Mansfield Building and Loan and Mechanics Savings Bank, in the Mansfield area, and then worked for the Mansfield City School system.
Patsy was a member of the class of 1954 of Mansfield Senior High School. Her favorite activities included bowling, two bridge clubs, her euchre club and being a longtime member of the Pandora Dance Club, because she loved to dance. She also enjoyed walking almost daily, with her special walking friend, Gail. She enjoyed meeting with her 'Breakfast Club' girlfriends Shirley, Annette, Judy, Mary, Jeri, Marilyn, Carolyn, Marty, Jackie, Anna, Shirley, Sonya and Nancy over the years. Many of these special friends were just that, friends for over 60 years. She was a member of the Cook Road Baptist Church.
Being a grandmother to five grandchildren, you could find her over the years attending many soccer, basketball and baseball games and swim meets. She was very supportive of her grandchildren, and enjoyed spending quality time with them. Over the years many road trips with her grandchildren made for wonderful memories, and the grandchildren still talk about them today.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Kelvin Riggleman; son, Randy Diana Riggleman and daughter, Christa Wayne Pirc. She is also survived by her two military grandsons, Specialist Gregory Riggleman, of the U.S. Army, stationed at Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, and Senior Airman Nathan Pirc, currently serving his country in Iraq, grandson Ryan Riggleman of Mansfield, and two granddaughters, Sarah Riggleman of Mansfield, and Alyson Pirc of Mansfield. Her mother, Eldora Banbury of Mansfield also survives her. She has a very special 'sister/friend' Bev Davis of South Carolina and she is also survived by two aunts from Mount Vernon, Dorthy Arquilla and Doris Bonnet and three brothers-in-law, Marvin Dottie Riggleman, Melvin Linda Riggleman, Gary Beth Riggleman and sisters-in-law, Beverly Rex Worner, Joan Murphy and Marilee Friend, all from Mansfield. Numerous special cousins from the Mt. Vernon, Toledo, Belpre, Ohio areas and Bellevue, Nebraska survive her, as do many nieces and nephews in the Mansfield area. She was preceded in death by her father, Clarence E. Banbury and her mother-in-law, Evelyn E. Riggleman and many aunts and uncles.
