Phyllis Lemaster

Phyllis A. Lemaster, age 57, of 781 Noble Rd., died Saturday December 11, 1999 at home following an extended illness.  Mrs. Lemaster  was born June 3, 1942 in Olive Hill, KY.  She worked for many years for White-Westinghouse and most recently for Heritage Care.  She was a member of Shiloh United Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband Lewie Lemaster of Shiloh; two daughters and son-in-law, Suzann Lemaster of Shiloh and Jeanilla & Jim Vanderpool of Shiloh; her mother, Okla Evans Caudill of Hayesville, OH; two grandchildren, Brent  Lemaster and Steven Lemaster; two step-grandchildren, Andy and Aaron Vanderpool; three brothers and sister-in-law, Don & Linda Caudill of Ontario, OH, Ronnie Caudill of Mansfield, OH, and Johnnie Ray Caudill of CA;  four sisters and brother-in-law, Nina & Escue Mauk of Mansfield, OH, Donna McConehea of Mansfield, OH,  Sandy Bays of Plymouth, OH, and Beverly  Caudill of CA.  She was preceded in death by a son Steven Carl Lemaster; and her father Sidney Robert Caudill.

Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors on Monday from 7-9 p.m.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00p.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Rev. Delmer Bailey.  Burial will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery.  Memorial Contributions may be made to the Shiloh United Baptist Church.
