Richard L. 'Ricky' Clifton, age 24, died unexpectedly Saturday morning December 8, 2001. Ricky was born August 2, 1977 in Mansfield, living here all of his life. He was an artist and enjoyed music and skateboarding, as well as working with others. Ricky will always be remembered and sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving are his mother, Robin McFadden of Mansfield; a sister and brother-in-law Opal and Rod Phillips of Mansfield; a daughter, Talia Rae Clifton; a niece Kaitlin Phillips; a nephew Brandyn Phillips; and many other family and friends. He was preceded in death by an uncle, Gary Paul Howard and his grandparents, Red and Opal Ruth Howard.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors one hour prior to an 11:00 a.m. memorial service, which will be held on Friday December 14, 2001, conducted by Russ Wynn. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be to the Ricky Clifton Fund in care of Robin M. McFadden.
