
Robert R. Rohn, 85, of 2010 Walker Lake Road died Sunday afternoon, July 29, 2001 at MedCentral Mansfield after a brief illness. Mr. Rohn was born August 11, 1915 in Canton, Ohio living in the Mansfield area 51 years. He was retired from Bowman Pharmaceutical Company of Canton, Ohio after 35 years. He was a member of First English Lutheran Church, Richland Lithic & Lapidary Society, and past member of Civitan. Mr. Rohn was a veteran of WWII serving in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, Evelyn L. Breting Rohn of Mansfield; one son and daughter-in-law, Timothy & Gwen Rohn of Oxford, New York; two daughters and a son-in-law, Lynda Bell of Columbus and Juliann & James Ellison of Wheeling, West Virginia; five grandchildren and their spouses, Michael & Pam Bell, Catherine & Gordon Brown, Christa Sorrell, Nicholas Ellison, and AnnMarie Ellison; four great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Fran Rohn of Canton, Ohio; a niece; and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents, Amos Chance & Ruth Hazel Singer Rohn; and a brother, Donald E. Rohn.
Friends may call at the Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors one hour prior to memorial services to be held Tuesday, July 31, 2001 at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home conducted by Rev. Cloyd Kress. Memorial contributions may be made to First English Lutheran Church Organ Fund.
