Stephen was a 1969 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School and attended School for the Blind in Pittsburg. He enjoyed playing the organ and ran a snack bar and coffee shop at the Richland County Courthouse and the Mansfield City Building for many years.
He is survived by his brother, Bruce (Darleen) Heaberlin; two nephews, Bruce Heaberlin, Jr. and Shane (Chrissy) Heaberlin; a step niece, Anissa Corn; and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. February 10, 2021 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors conducted by Pastor Matthew Pond. Burial will follow in Mansfield Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service, from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m., at the funeral home on Wednesday.
