Steven was born on October 22, 1966 in Mansfield, Ohio. He was the son of Bob and Francis (Smith) Norris. Steven was a 1985 graduate of Madison High School. He was previously employed at AK Steel and was a correctional officer at Mansfield Correctional. Steven was very family oriented and he loved and cherished his grandchildren. A huge sports fan, Steven could be found cheering for the Browns, Raiders, Buckeyes, and Indians. He was an avid gun collector. Steven was a member of the Shiloh Lodge #544 Free and Accepted Masons.
Steven leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons, Scott (Melody) Norris and Andrew (Nicole Herring) Norris; his significant other, Kelly Bays; his step sons, Nick and John Burdett; and his grandchildren, Abel, Arianna, Ariah, Jaevin, and Cohen. He was preceded in death by his parents; and grandmother, Nan.
There will be a memorial service on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 525 W. Cook Road. The Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the Norris family.
