Sylvia Ann Hudson

Sylvia spent her life loving and caring for her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed camping at Lake Maria, bingo, making crafts and creating floral arrangements. A lover of animals, she loved her dogs, Lulu, Katie and Bella.

Sylvia is survived by her children, Lena (David) Baker, Regina (Tim) McQuigg, Shawn (Natalia) Hudson and Gary (Sandra) Hudson; sister, Patricia Ash; grandchildren, Sara Baker, Ben (Becky) McQuigg, Jessica (Nick) McQuigg, Zachary McQuigg, Kyle Hudson, Sofiia, Carolynn, Georgia, Gracie Hudson, Carter, Julie, Keyla and Kyler; great-granddaughter, Adalynn; and special friend and beloved dog, Bella.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Hudson, who passed on February 28, 2009; siblings, Roger Casler, Lawrence Casler, Karen Lane and Eddie Casler; and dogs, Lulu and Katie.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 98 S. Diamond St., Mansfield, Ohio 44902. A service will be held at the funeral home on with visitation one hour prior on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Dallas Waggle officiating. She will be laid to rest in Mt. Zion Cemetery.
