
Thomas B. Mills, 65, of Mansfield, died Monday afternoon, December 20, 2004, at MedCentral Mansfield Hospital. Born August 9, 1939, in Mansfield, he was the son of Albert and Helen Kisling Mills. After retiring from Gorman Rupp, he worked at Mansfield Screw Machine. He was a member of Mansfield Eagles #336, Sons and Daughters of Herman and enjoyed playing golf, watching OSU football, NASCAR, and cutting wood.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Thieding Mills; two daughters and sons-in-law, Debra and Kevin Nisley of Lancaster and Tammy and Pat O'Boyle of Medina; five grandchildren, Candice, Tommie and Jay Bertoch, Dustin Kingsbury, and Patrick O'Boyle; three brothers and their families, James, Robin and Jerry Mills; a sister, JoAnn Sferro; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Selena Mae Kingsbury, mother and father-in-law, Catherine and Cleve Lewis.
Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, Wednesday, December 22 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, conducted by Rev. Christopher R. Thomas. Burial will follow in Lantz Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
