Travis L. Davis, 30, of Wadsworth, died late Wednesday evening, August 18, 2004 in Wadsworth. He was born February 13, 1974 in Ashland, Ohio and was a Ashland area resident most of his life, moving to Wadsworth three years ago. He was employed as a concrete finisher. Travis enjoyed exotic animals, fishing, water sports, motorcycles and being outdoors. He satisfied his need for speed by watching automobile racing, especially NASCAR.
He is survived by his wife, Heather Davis; three daughters, Raven, Rayann and Mariah; parents, Marlene S. Gault and Rick Pollard of Lucas; a sister, Brandi Davis of Lucas; grandmother, Mary Gault of Ashland; beloved niece, Sydney; and three brothers-in-law, Jeremie, Jason and Junior. His best friend and grandfather, William W. Gault, preceded him in death.
Private family services will be held. The Diamond Street home of Wappner Funeral Directors assisted the family with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to First Merit Bank in the name of Travis Davis, in care of Heather Davis.
