Victoria Irene LaPash, age 69, of Shelby, Ohio, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2026. Born on February 19, 1956, in Orrville, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late James and Madelyn McIntyre. She lived a life centered on faith, family, and compassion for others. A deeply religious woman, church was an important part of her life and brought her great comfort and strength. Victoria had a heart for caregiving and was known for always putting others before herself. She was a loving mother and grandmother who treasured every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. Family gatherings brought her greatest joy. She had a special love for animals and found happiness in their companionship. In her quiet moments, Victoria enjoyed watching documentaries on television and listening to music of all genres. Her warm spirit, gentle kindness, and unwavering devotion to those she loved will be dearly missed.
Victoria is survived by her children, Alan (Heather) LaPash, Jason (Brittany) LaPash, and Jessica LaPash; her siblings, Juanita Dooley, James “Jimmy” McIntyre, Valeria “Darlene” White and Bonnie Nickeson; one granddaughter, Madelynn “Maddie” LaPash; and adopted grandchildren, Curtis and Ona Bullis.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded by her husband, Alan LaPash; son, Jeremiah McIntyre; nephew, Baby Zachariah McIntyre; and a sister Peggy Yuhos.
