Wayne was an owner and operator for 20 years and a fireman for 8 years. He worked for Dale Mitchell trucking for 10 years and drove for a total of 40 years as a truck driver, visiting every state except for Hawaii. Wayne loved fishing, hunting and racing quads. He enjoyed spending time working on his corvette.
Wayne is survived by his son, Branden McCurdy and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Don and John McCurdy.
No services will be held at this time. The Wappner Cremation Center is honored to serve the family.
