William Richard Stamper, 53, of Mansfield, passed away Thursday, September 17, 2020, at OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. He was born October 17, 1966, in Crestline, Ohio, to Leroy and Rebecca (Knipp) Stamper.
Bill worked construction and at various factories over the years. He was a former member of Local #1216 Laborer's Union. He most enjoyed being with his family.
He is survived by his daughter, Hailey Huff; three grandchildren; father, Leroy (Rosanna) Stamper; his sister, Dorothy (Mike) Smith; his brothers, Thomas Kososky, Tim (Connie) Stamper, and Mark Stamper; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Rebecca Stamper; his sister, Charlotte Artrip; and two brothers, Frank Kososky and Larry Kososky.
A graveside service conducted by Pastor Phil Green will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Shiloh, Ohio, on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.
