

She had previously worked at Dominion Electric and retired from Hartman Electric. Wilma attended First Baptist Church in Kenton. She enjoyed sewing, ceramics and loved cooking for her family and friends.
She is survived by a daughter, Linda (John) Roby of Kenton; five grandchildren, Gregory (Barb) Brown of Loveland, OH, Jill (Tony) Osbun, Brian (Kati) Roby and Robert (Melissa) Roby, all of Kenton; eleven great-grandchildren; a daughter-in-law, Diane Brown of Climax, MI; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Charles Brown on December 20, 2002; two sons, Monty and Larry Brown; a grandson, Shawn; two brothers, Ted and Gerald Slusher; and three sisters, Jean Fiskin, Betty Walker and Norma Thompson.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, October 11, 2012 at Mt. Zion Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society. The Ontario Home of Wappner Funeral Directors, 100 S. Lexington-Springmill Road is privileged to serve the family of Mrs. Brown.
