Don Lovett

August 30, 1941 – December 19, 2017

Gary Donald Lovett was born on August 30, 1941 in Clovis, New Mexico, to his parents – Roy Lovett and Glenn King Lovett – and went home to be with his Lord on December 19, 2017 in Marana, Arizona.  He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years Esther Ann Lovett – his 3 sons – Jeremiah Lovett, Greg Lovett (wife Cathy), Michael Lovett (wife Jennette) – 1 stepson – Shawn Robinson – 1 daughter – Kim Lovett –1 brother – Tim Lovett (wife Peggy) – and 1 sister – Vicki Range (husband Irby) – several grandchildren – and great-grandchildren.

Don was a man that not only loved everyone in his life – but most especially his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  He enjoyed his early years of farming and driving a tractor – of his 8 years of driving trucks – of his 10 years of driving buses for special needs children – and most of all of living a life that glorified his Lord Jesus Christ.  Even though he will be dearly missed – he will always be remembered for his love, his understanding, and most especially how he raised his children to reflect – and to perpetuate those very same qualities to the generations that follow.
