

Connie Penman-Breeden, 67, of Granite Shoals, Texas, passed away to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Monday, March 3, 2025, after a brave battle with complications from COPD, RSV, and pneumonia at Baylor Scott & White Health in Marble Falls, Texas.
Born in Palmerston, Ontario, Canada, Connie moved to McAllen, Texas in 1959, where she spent much of her life. A member of the Marble Falls Church of Christ, she was a loving and compassionate woman who made an impact on all who knew her. In 1978, she married the love of her life, Clyde Breeden, and together they built a beautiful life filled with love and happiness.
Connie leaves behind her cherished husband of 47 years, Clyde Breeden, of Granite Shoals, and their two sons, Jason Breeden (Maggie) of Mission, Texas and Cody Breeden of Granite Shoals. She was especially proud of her two granddaughters, McKenna Breeden and Charlotte Breeden, who brought her immeasurable joy. She is also survived by her four sisters: Judy (Bill) Cain of New Braunfels, Texas, Nancy (Craig) Belew of Rockwall, Texas, Penny Pattinson of McAllen, Texas and Susan Stallings of Granite Shoals. Additionally, she leaves behind six nephews and nieces, as well as six great-nephews and great-nieces, all of whom she adored.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Kerwin and Velma Penman, whose love and guidance shaped her into the woman she was.
She will be remembered for her kind heart, her unwavering faith, and the love she shared with her family. Connie’s presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit and memory will live on in the hearts of her loved ones.
A service to celebrate her life will be held on March 22, 2025, at 11:00 am at the Marble Falls Church of Christ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Marble Falls Church of Christ or a charity of your choice in her honor.
