A true patriot, Gary served in the U.S. Navy and continued his lifelong commitment to service through his work at the VA Hospital for more than 20 years. Gary was a devoted family man, cherishing his 58-year marriage to his beloved wife, Alice Epley. He passed his love of the Lord, as well as his passions for hunting, football, and collecting, to his children and grandchildren.
He leaves behind a legacy of faith and love, which will continue through his wife; his son, Richard; his daughters, Annette Way and Darlene Mullins; his grandchildren, Justin Way, Jason Way, Skylar Mancini, and Hunter Mullins; and his great-grandchildren, Logan Way and Finn Way.
He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 24th at 11:00 am at Lakeland Hills Memorial Park, Burnet, Texas.
