Dad once defined Mom as a wonderful wife, lover, mother, nurse and caregiver. Some of our fond memories of them include bowling, playing bridge and poker, hunting, fishing, attending the Oiler games and enjoying picnics at the park and trips to Sylvan Beach. Mom’s favorite place was the beach house in Sea Isle where she especially loved crabbing and catching flounder. When we remember Mom we remember “Nonnie’s” dip, chocolate chip cookies and Happy Hour. She was the “Coupon Queen”. “Christmas Notes”, notes in our suitcase when we traveled and the special gifts she always had for the grandchildren will be remembered fondly. Mom has been so generous with her entire family and often many strangers that needed help. Her personality and smile will leave an irreplaceable void in our lives.
Mom lived in Marble Falls the last eight years of her life and we are so grateful for the special love and care given by Terri and Rudy. We truly appreciate the kindness and love shared by their friends and neighbors.
