Keith Erwin Inman was born April 11, 1942, in Rockford, Iowa, the son of Bernard and Roberta (Woelfer) Inman. After graduating high school, he began college, then he left home to serve in the U.S. Military Intelligence unit. After leaving the military, he returned home to finish college. On August 29, 1965, he was united in marriage to Carol Lorraine Friedrich in the Saint John's Lutheran Church in Charles City, Iowa.
Keith was employed by IBM, which took him and Carol to Minnesota where they had their children Nicholas Inman and Ardene Inman. Shortly before their children started school, Keith was transferred to Austin, Texas. They raised their children and lived in Austin for about 28 years, before buying a house on the golf course in Meadowlakes, Texas. It is here where he played golf 6 days a week (he would have played all 7, but the course was closed on Mondays). After retiring from IBM, they also raised their granddaughter Kirstin (Inman) Grant.
Keith lived a good long life! He did everything he wanted to do and more! He loved to play games, he was a man of faith, and he always put his family first. Keith and Carol shared nearly 60 loving years together, and they truly took advantage of every moment. The memory of this gentle, caring man will live on in all of our hearts.
Memorial Service will be held at Marble Falls Church of Christ, 711 Broadway St., Marble Falls, Texas on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 2:00 pm.
