Thomas Edgar Baker, 73, of Horseshoe Bay died Tuesday, April 4, 2017.
He was born on July 19, 1943 in Lubbock, TX to W.G. and Betty Baker. After graduating from Monterey High School and Texas Tech University he spent many years in the Odessa area as a practicing CPA then later moved to the hill country. He is survived by daughters Jennifer Seider of Odessa, Heather King of Farmington, NM and son Mitchell Baker of Austin, 7 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
