While one who never preached the word of God, she did believe. She was a humble soul to many throughout her life. She fed anyone who was hungry. She counseled many with life experience, while being patient and kind. She was stern should a situation call for it. She was someone you could confide in. A secret was safe with her. Today, she takes those with her. Marie was full of life. She had a wonderful sense of humor and quick wit. She loved to dance, cook and travel. She didn't care if anyone would take road trips with her. All she needed was a full tank of gas and a road map and off she would go. She enjoyed collecting rocks and before her vision became bad, she enjoyed taking pictures of fields of wild flowers. She loved family and all kinds of company. Always cheerful and kind, she will truly be missed by many.
