Born in the Bronx, NY in 1943, Eileen was a true New Yorker at heart. She was smart, sharp, and a force of nature. She carried that grit and intelligence into a successful career as a residential and commercial interior designer. Eileen was a great friend who was always present for the people she cared about. She was known for her warmth and off-color humor.
For more than 25 years, Eileen shared her life and her home on Marco Island, Florida, with her partner Heagan Bayles. Together they built a life filled with companionship, loyalty, deep respect, and a shared love of each other and the Gulf Coast boating life.
She is survived by her son, Tracey; her daughter, Lauren; her sister, Sheila; and her beloved grandson, Alexander, who brought her immense joy and pride.
Eileen will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know and love her.
