James "Jimmy Z" Louis Zelinskas

James "Jimmy Z" Zelinskas, age 77, of Marco Island, Florida passed away on Tuesday, March 22, 2022. Jimmy Z was born April 12, 1944 in Brockton, Massachusetts. He was a retired 30 year veteran firefighter of the Brockton Fire Department. Jimmy had a passion for golf and was a long time member of the D.W. Field Golf Course in Brockton, Massachusetts.

Jimmy Z is survived by his spouse of 32 years, Kathleen Madigan; his step-daughter Shannon Cugno; and his step-son Frederick Cugno Jr (Nicole Turner); his brother Al Zelinskas (Sheila); his niece Michelle Reynolds, his niece Heather Ferreira, his nephew Joseph Zelinskas Jr, his niece Jamie Zelinskas and his nephew Christopher Zelinskas. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles & cousins.

Jimmy Z was preceded in death by his mother, Angelina Belmosto Zelinskas and father, Albert Zelinskas; and his brother, Joseph Zelinskas.

A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
