A lovely spirit that forever transcends the sands of time and cures the heartache left behind. Louise Glover left this earth and moved onto her eternal journey beyond. A mother, sister, a teacher, and friend of many, she is greatly missed. Growing up in Illinois, her passions included the arts, gardening, cooking, literature, and music. In college she worked with children that had ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) as part of her study, and had considered becoming a teacher at one time. Before moving to Marco Island, Louise spent her honeymoon in the South West United States; nature and natural art/beauty were her passion. She always strived to find the beauty within natural things. She had a deep appreciation for the Native Americans, whom lived in harmony with nature and themselves. She moved to Marco Island with her husband Greg in 1981. They had three boys and devoted their lives to them. She was at every ball game, school plays, functions, swim meets, cheering and encouraging her boys to have fun and enjoy the moment. Once they had grown, she focused her energy on her granddaughters sharing her love of arts and ice cream with them. Louise was as kind and loving as she was strong willed. In her final days she remained courageous, and refused to give in to her illness despite the odds being against her. She achieved a life everyone should strive for, one filled with love, happiness, and devotion to a purpose greater than herself. She passed peacefully in her home while asleep, on February 24, 2015. Louise is survived by her sons Greg (Wendy), Gordon (Candace), and Guy, her granddaughters Sarah, Vivian, and Vera, her brothers Paul, Alan, and Mike. Visitation will be held Saturday March 7 from 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm with a Memorial Service from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Hodges Josberger Funeral Home 577 E Elkcam Cir Marco Island, FL
