Richard Lerner, age 91, passed away December 12, 2025. Married to the love of his life, the late Sandy Lerner nee Levin for 58 years Sandy preceded him in death in 2018. Richard was born July 13, 1934 to the late Jack and Kate Lerner, sister Ruth and late Lois, brother in law to Barry ( Bonnie) Levin.
Richard was a devoted father to Cheryl (Randy) Ball, Andrea Lerner, Susan (Paul) Donohue, Michael (Belle) Lerner. Proud grandfather to Jonathan Ball and Stephanie (Alex) Stone, Alexander (Alexandra) Tatara, and Jenny (Isaac) Lew, Hannah (Paul) Geske, Sarah Rachel (Mike) Trompeter and Drew Donohue, Zachary, Lauren and Evan Lerner. Great Grandfather to Evelyn and Audrey Tatara, Lena Lew and Sylvie Stone
Dick was the proud owner and CEO of Lerner Box Company, Inc. He loved spending time with his family, and on the water boating. He was an avid sports fan and a creative storyteller teller. He shall be missed.
